Davilor Construction
This is our core business. Having worked in the industry for more than two decades, we provide expert knowledge and experience to any client who wants to see their project delivered by a company with respect, leadership, integrity, and safety in mind.
We care about our clients’ success and we work in close collaboration to achieve the result our clients want. The feedback we often receive is that we bring a “fresh approach” to projects that we have been involved in.
The nature of the construction projects we work on can be extremely challenging and often create a hostile environment for contractors and clients.
We pride ourselves in bringing early intervention collaboration to problem solving. We have achieved great results with our unique ‘value engineering’ approach.
Ultimately, we build lasting relationships with our clients, the workforce and the environment in which we operate.
We do this by implementing and remaining true to our four main values of respect, leadership,integrity, and safety.
We have the capabilities, expertise, innovation and experience to undertake any scale of project as the main or sub-contractor.
Our aim is to add value to any project that we are involved in, focused on client satisfaction.
Our speciality is drainage, utility trenches, road and path construction, and hand-tunneling for the private and public sector.

Davilor Training & Hire
The second part of our vision that supports our investment in people’s lives is ensuring that everyone who works for us, or with us, is well trained.
We want everyone who works for us to be supported throughout their career.
Still in the early stages of implementation, our commitment to the workforce is to invest in them and invest in their lives.
We want this, first, because we care. Second, because it supports the results and way of working we want for our clients.
Youth Accommodation
The Davilor youth residency is the third arm to our vision and is the one we hold closest to our heart.
This initiative provides accommodation for less fortunate young adults from 16 to 18 years of age and potentially beyond.
At Davilor, we are in a unique position where we can influence and invest in young people’s lives.
We feel privileged to be able to provide accommodation to these young people and also the opportunity to join the construction industry in all its disciplines.
We recognise the need for supportive training and employment opportunities for young people connected with the care system or supported living.
We see that we can use our wide-ranging company connections to offer support, guidance and access to the construction industry and its associated skills.
